Storage Rack L Post
L Angle steel shelf is a kind of light shelf. It is mainly composed of upright and steel laminate.
- Shelf upright: It is made of double-sided punching of equal angle steel. The hole distance is arranged in a straight line at a distance of 50mm. The column hole is used for hooking the layer; that is, the height of the layer can be adjusted up and down at a pitch of 50mm.
- Shelf steel laminate: Cold rolled steel plate is formed by bending four sides according to the required size.
- The column and the steel laminate are connected and fixed by the quick-release latch and the triangular fixing piece.
The advantages of L angle steel shelves are that they are low cost, safe and reliable, simple to assemble and disassemble, can be used alone, or can be freely spliced into various arrangements. Adding a universal wheel mechanism at the foot can even achieve a transfer function. The top and bottom decks of the shelves are connected to the columns with double corners and screws to stabilize the shelves.
Angle steel shelves are usually used for small and medium-sized parts and lighter cargo storage. The single-layer load-bearing is preset to be in the range of ≤ 150kg. It is mainly manpower, manual handling, storage and picking operations. It is widely used in the electronics industry by changing the spray powder or laying special rubber sheets to achieve anti-static functions.
